Who we are

ListDelta is a product of AndrewGeoffrey LLC, an Idaho limited liability company. This policy covers the marketing site, buyer portal, checkout, and emails we send about the service.

What we collect

If you create an account or buy a list, we collect:

• Account details you give us — typically name, work email, and company
• Billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers
• How you use the portal (pages, downloads, and similar product usage)
• Messages you send us, including sample requests

We use session and authentication cookies so you can stay signed in. We do not use those cookies to sell advertising.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell personal information of site visitors or account holders. We use it to run ListDelta: accounts, fulfillment, billing, support, and product emails (including weekly Pulse updates if you subscribe).

Contractor names on the lists

Names, addresses, license numbers, dates, status, trade, and county on ListDelta lists come from public government records — including Florida DBPR / CILB and Texas TDLR, and other official boards we may add. We do not get those fields by secretly tracking contractors on our site.

Processors we use

We use service providers to operate ListDelta, including:

• Stripe, for payments and the billing portal
• Our hosting provider, for the website, portal, and data storage
• Email delivery (SMTP / Pulse) when we send account or weekly-update mail

They process information only to provide those services to us.

Retention

We keep account and order records as long as you have an account and as needed for billing, tax, and legal obligations. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify personal account data when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
